Swing for the Stars Charity Golf Tournament Registration

Register up to 4 players to participate in the Swing for the Stars Charity Golf Scramble.  Only 72 total slots and 18 teams are available.  While it is better if you register your entire team at once we do understand that that isn’t always possible.  If that is the case for you please pick out a team name and have everyone on your team use it so we can try to match you with your preferred players. Our staff will do our best to accommodate you, but no guarantees are made.  Also please note that if you register less than a 4 man team and we have individuals who need to be accommodated they maybe added to your team.
