Custom Orders & Refunds

Everything we make is 100% custom for your event. Because of that, we can offer a full refund only if production hasn’t started yet.

We know tournaments sometimes get cancelled—no worries. If that happens, we’ll work with you on a partial refund for any items that:

  • Haven’t gone into production yet, and
  • Don’t have materials already ordered (like acrylics, bags, boxes, golf balls, etc.)

If You Ordered a Package Deal

If your order included package pricing and part of it gets cancelled:

  • We’ll remove the items that haven’t started yet
  • Items already in production will be adjusted to their regular (non-package) pricing
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded
  • Completed items will still ship to you

Shipping

If your order originally included free or discounted shipping and you cancel part of it:

  • Shipping for completed items will be charged to you

Don’t Want to Lose the Value?

If some items are already in production and you’d rather not lose the value of your package:

  • We can hold your balance as a credit for a future event
  • When you’re ready to use it, we’ll apply it using current pricing at that time
