A Quick Note

We know your tournament or event has a firm date—and we take that seriously.

Our goal is to deliver everything on time, but meeting deadlines requires clear communication, timely approvals, and realistic timelines.

Production Timelines

Production timelines vary based on:

• Product type
• Order size
• Level of customization
• Time of year / production volume

Estimated timelines will be provided when possible, but they are not guaranteed.

Proof Approval & Start of Production

Production does not begin until:

• Your proof has been reviewed and approved
• Payment has been completed

Any delays in approval or payment will delay production and delivery timelines.

Customer Responsibility for Timing

To ensure on-time delivery, you are responsible for:

• Placing your order with adequate lead time
• Reviewing and approving proofs promptly
• Providing accurate information and artwork

We strongly recommend placing orders as early as possible for event-based products.

Rush Orders

We may offer rush production on select orders when possible.

Please note:

• Rush production may include additional fees
• Not all products or quantities qualify
• Rush orders still depend on approval timing and material availability

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are separate from production time
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed once an order has shipped
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control

We recommend allowing buffer time between delivery and your event date.

Event Deadlines & Liability

While we will make every reasonable effort to meet your requested timeline:

• We do not guarantee delivery by a specific event date
• We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to:
  • Late orders
  • Delayed approvals
  • Changes after approval
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Changes After Production Begins

Once production has started:

• Changes may not be possible
• Any approved changes may result in:
  • Additional costs
  • Delays to your timeline

Material Availability

Production timelines may be impacted by:

• Supplier delays
• Material shortages
• Inventory availability

If this occurs, we will communicate options as soon as possible.
